Sometimes, items are be shipped from different warehouses and will arrive separately. This does not impact shipping costs
If you need to cancel your order after it has been placed, contact us at sales@projectbeauty.com and a dedicated team member will manage your request. Once the order has been processed, cancellations are no longer possible. Luckily, if the item is refused on delivery, a refund will be processed once the item arrives back to our central hub. Double luckily, all products are subject to our 30-day satisfaction guarantee to ensure you are 100% happy with your new purchase
