All Project E Beauty devises are covered by a one-year manufacturer warranty.
The warranty covers manufacturer defects, excluding damage caused by misuse, accident, abuse, neglect, or other external factors
Where defects are identified within 30 days of purchase, we bear the cost of returning the item. After 30 days, the customer will bear the cost of returning the item to us, and we cover replacement shipping fees
Our lifetime warranty applies exclusively to the Project E Beauty Ice Roller. The warranty period begins on the date of purchase
If a defect arises after the return period (30 days) and before the end of the 12-month warranty period please contact us at sales@projectebeauty.com with details of your claim

- Proof of purchase
- Order number
- Contact details
- A brief description of the issue
- Accident, abuse or improper operation
- Alterations made by you or third-party
- Servicing by unauthorized person
- Transfer or ownership to a third-party
- Use with accessories or power sources that are incompatible with the product/model
Yes, if the specific product is no longer available, we are eager to a solution that best suits you
We either:
- Offer a replacement with the most comparable model
- Offer credit to the value of the original product
